Resource readers 9to5mac reported that Apple offers free repair of water-damaged devices. And also to those who suffered from a blow during the evacuation during Hurricane Harvey in the United States.
Usually this is not covered by the warranty.
According to 9to5mac, there is no general policy of repair in such cases. Apparently, these are single solutions that are adopted for each device separately.
It's nice that even in such situations Apple takes care of its users. Despite the fact that such damage is not covered by the guarantee, the company still does not suspend it.
What other manufacturer have you seen such a quivering attitude towards customers?.
