The system, for example, is able to identify tenders that can potentially violate Norms and principles of the Law "On Public Procurements". Now 16 indicators are launched, which signal about the risks, but in due course there will be 60.

Among the criteria that the system monitors are: abnormal savings (over 60 percent), the supplier's work with only one customer, the tender announcement is not detailed, too many lots in one purchase, and others. The information is displayed in real time at http: // risk. Dozorro. Org.

For example, to date, the system noted that 886 out of 1,344 purchases of Rovno nuclear power plant have signs of risk, 851 out of 2047 in the Druzhba Trunk Oil Pipeline subsidiary of Ukrtransnafta, out of 2,047 in the Druzhba pipeline, 752 out of 1143 in the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant.
