E-Data is the official state information portal, which publishes information on the use of public (budgetary) funds. The resource is designed to ensure full transparency of public finances: starting from September 15, 2015, all transactions of the State Treasury Service are published on it, since November information on the use of state and local budgets is available on the portal, and in January 2016, economic entities whose state capital Or the communal share of shares (shares, units) exceeds 50 percent.

According to the order, in the formulation "to continue the trial operation of a single web portal for the use of public funds during the I-II quarters of 2017" was replaced by "I-II quarters 2017" for "III-IV quarters of 2017".

It should be noted that initially the resource had to be fully earned before the end of 2016 and this is the second transfer of launch into commercial operation of the Unified Public Finance Portal of Ukraine: the first changes were made on January 3, 2017 - they extended the period of trial operation for two quarters. And now - a new respite.

As adviser of the First Deputy Minister of Finance and the head of the project "Є-data" Alexander Shchelokov told us, the test mode was extended in connection with IT-works to improve the functionality of the portal.

"IT work that is carried out will make it easier for owners of office rooms to enter information. Accordingly, the public will receive as a result access to a more complete database. In addition, it is necessary to document and update the user instructions, "explains the project manager.

Shchelokov hopes that the portal will fully work in September.

At the same time, the responsibility of the managers of budgetary funds will increase significantly, the necessary norms of Ukrainian legislation will be earned:.

"My personal position is to speed up the process of putting the Portal into commercial operation. Test mode and tightening of the testing process is not an effective process for the IT resource. The decision must be made in September. Then the norms of the memory will be fulfilled, and the responsibility of the managers will increase significantly ".
