Investigators of the Svyatoshinsky police department and the Security Service of Ukraine exposed in Kiev an illegal factory that produces the Bitcoin crypto currency. This is reported in the decision of the Svyatoshinsky District Court of Kiev.

Law enforcers found on the territory of the state-owned enterprise "Health-improving" IES them. Paton ", located at ul. Rocket, 24a, 200 pieces of computer equipment for the generation of Bitcoin, which operated illegally.

According to the decision of the court during the pre-trial investigation it was established that several persons had conspired with personal self-interest on a preliminary conspiracy, they decided to fake bank documents. Investigators note that the issue and turnover of currency surrogates of Bitcoin's crypto currency in the territory of Ukraine are prohibited according to. 2 items. 32 of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Bank of Ukraine".

"In the future, the received crypto-currency is used as a means of payment by means of exchange transactions for electronic money of official payment systems, by forging electronic payment orders and other bank documents," reads the court's decision.

Further, the cybercriminals, using the purses of electronic payment systems, converted the crypto currency and transferred them to the accounts of fictitious enterprises. Then these funds were transferred to card accounts and cashed.
