According to the tradition of Taiwanese manufacturers, Acer released data on sales in the past month. The company, specializing in the production of PCs and other electronics, registered a monthly decline, but year on year sales increased, reports DigiTimes.
Acer's revenue in July 2017 was about 18.2 billion Taiwan dollars (601.4 million US dollars). Compared to June, sales fell by 14.43%, but compared to July 2016 - increased by 6.24%.
Since the beginning of this year, Acer's consolidated revenues reached 127.8 billion Taiwan dollars (4.23 billion US dollars). The company almost caught up with its last year's indicators - the lag of compared with the same period of 2016 is only 1.35%.
It is expected that in the near future will become known data on net and operating profit, which Acer will disclose in its financial report for the second quarter of 2017.

Sales from Gigabyte reached 5.85 billion Taiwan dollars (193.7 million US dollars). This is not only 5.6% higher than the June figure, but also more than a quarter ahead of last year's result.
