It's not about 1917, but about 2017. And the farms now do not grow wheat, and the crypts. Otherwise, the analogy is correct. The raids on the miners began.

Over the past few months, we have seen a surge in law enforcement activity in the field of crypto-currency. And not just the Ministry of Internal Affairs, but people who should deal with national security, suddenly came to the conclusion that buzzing and overheating processors began to threaten our national security. Therefore, without seeing more serious threats, they are engaged in the requisitioning.

Naturally, the main motive of the raids is the requisition. Mining equipment is withdrawn, the further course of the matter is not particularly of interest to law enforcement officers. The main thing is to select. Rock 17 years dominates the country.

What do the miners sew?.

Smuggling. Usually equipment for mining is imported and not expensive. And often without documents, which allows you to qualify the actions of the owner, as the illegal importation of equipment. Those who at least googled this issue may know that such an article was withdrawn from the Criminal Code. And this causes a false sense of security. Yes, now they will not put you in prison, but there will be enough administrative responsibility to pick up the servers.

Illegal connection to power networks. Bad news for those who provided the marginality of mining carelessly thrown wires to the nearest pillar. In the hands of the investigator, he can turn into a good stranglehold on the neck of the miner. Electricity is a common commodity, to which the concept of stealing is also applied, and in the case of mining, it is often also in considerable quantities. And what used to be a trifle for the improvement of the suburban area, becomes the composition of the offense.

Fictitious Entrepreneurship. If Ilon Mask so far only thinks about the fact that our whole world is a projection of other civilizations, then the Ukrainian law enforcement system has developed this idea into such a composition as fictitious entrepreneurship. In reality, this means that all these your crypto-currencies and the virtual world, from where the real money is suddenly formed, is nothing more than the illusion described by the Criminal Code.

Tax avoidance. Our state may hesitate to determine the status of digital assets, give meaningful explanations on the use of new technologies in civil circulation. But everything that concerns taxes, causes a strong grasping reflex. Therefore, any improvement in the welfare of the Ukrainian citizen, in the authorities' opinion, should be reflected in tax declarations, carefully marked and paid for. A Ukrainian citizen is in an eternal unpaid tax debt to the state, and now this reality is slowly getting to the world and crypto-currency.

I have listed so far only the first swallows, which have already been proportioned in cases or conversations with investigators.

In principle, in this life there is very little that could not be brought under criminal qualification.

Does this mean that mining is outlawed? No. The requirements of the law are not precisely outlined, but the main red lines that can not be entered can already be determined. It is not known who will be better off: practicing lawyers or the miners themselves. It will only show time. In the meantime, it remains to adapt your business to the requirements of the law.
