Police officers filed criminal proceedings against the 28-year-old woman, Seredina-Buda, who, using her 27-year-old girlfriend's passport data, issued a loan on her behalf through the Internet and owed the bank 40,000 hryvnia.
Police officers told the police that in 2016 she really needed money. The girlfriend advised to issue a loan through the Internet in the online service "Money". She agreed, and gave a friend of all the necessary documents. Having received the money, the loan was repaid in a few months. And already in December 2016 she began to receive letter-messages about the debt on the loan. When she asked for information in the service center of the financial institution, she was informed about the registration of another loan amounting to 5 thousand hryvnia, for which no one pays.
The victim immediately remembered her acquaintance, who in the conversation confessed that she took a loan in her name, but can not pay, after which she disappeared altogether from the city.
During the inspection, law enforcement officers established that the applicant's friend was also implicated in a number of other crimes related to misappropriation and embezzlement of property. By its actions, it caused damage to UAH 40,000. In relation to a woman, police officers opened criminal proceedings on the grounds of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Fraud". Law enforcers are searching for an attacker who faces imprisonment for up to four years, according to the Police Communication Department in the Sumy region.
