Bitcoin-wallets of the virus-extortionist WannaCry devastated. On the night of August 3, someone carried out seven transactions and deduced all 142 thousand dollars in Bitcoin currency. Transactions were fixed by Quartz.

All transfers were made within 15 minutes. Quartz notes that the money is likely to pass through a chain of other bitcoins-purses to hide the final recipient.

Prior to that, nothing had been removed from the purse since the virus attack began on May 12.

The last replenishment of the purse for $ 606 (probably the next redemption) occurred on July 24.
