Payment service Samsung Pay can make money on third-party devices. About the corresponding plans of the company Samsung told journalists of the authoritative Indian edition of Gadgets360. This step will allow the manufacturer to increase its share in the market of contactless payment methods, which will positively affect his income.

In order for Samsung Pay to work on third-party devices, manufacturers will need to equip branded products with a special communication module simulating the operation of a magnetic tape. This technology is a unique feature of Samsung smartphones, allowing you to pay even for terminals without NFC support.

At the moment, Samsung Pay is the second most prevalent among contactless payment systems, located between competing Apple Pay and Android Pay. The total audience of the South Korean service is 34 million users, while Apple and Android Pay have 80 and 24 million customers respectively.
