According to him, during the second quarter of this year, the supply of Xiaomi cellular phones reached 23.16 million units. This is an absolute record for the Chinese manufacturer.

Demand for smartphones compared to the first quarter of 2017 jumped by an impressive 70%.

Now Xiaomi is distancing itself from the Internet business, opening one store after another. For three years, the company plans to increase the network of retail stores to 1,000 pieces.

It is expected that the development of offline trade will help Xiaomi strengthen its position in the global market for smart mobile devices. Already in 2018, the company expects to bring the total sales of smartphones to 100 million units.
