In April, Imagination Technologies, whose graphics solutions are used in iOS devices, said that in the near future Apple will completely abandon the licensing of its developments. This led to a sharp drop in the company's shares, which in recent years has supplied a GPU for the iPhone and iPad. In early May, information appeared that Imagination Technologies decided to sue Apple and put up some of its units for sale to stay afloat. And now in the case of a break in the relationship between Imagination Technologies and Apple, new details appeared.

Apple rebuked the leadership of the British developer GPU in untimely disclosure of information that is of significant importance to shareholders. At the meeting with investors, the head of Imagination said that the plans for the American giant of computer electronics to break the contract became known to him in late March, but in Cupertino they insist that they informed their partner about their intentions as early as February 9.

At the same time Imagination notified the shareholders about these changes only on April 3, after which the share price of the company fell.

Apple accuses the management of Imagination, not only in hiding information. The iPhone maker claims that as early as 2015, Imagination was informed of its intentions to stop using its development in its products in an indefinite future.

The head of Imagination continues to believe that Apple will not be able to completely dispense with any patented solutions, for which it will be necessary to make deductions of the first of the companies.

The situation is gaining judicial perspective, and Imagination shareholders can act as the injured party, Apple as a witness, and the accused will be the people heading the British company that is for sale.
