Traditionally, at the beginning of the month Google is releasing an Android security update. The July update is already out. Firmware files and OTA-updates are already available on the company's website. Another 96 problems were closed in the patch of July 5, 2017. Splitting an update into patches helps smartphone manufacturers adapt patches to their devices.
