Participants in the Pine64 project presented a new mini-computer for developers - a product of ROCK64, based on the "system on a chip" Rockchip RK3328.

The named processor contains four computing cores ARM Cortex-A53 with clock speed up to 1.5 GHz and integrated graphics controller ARM Mali-450MP2. Support work with video in 4K format.

A single board computer can carry 1, 2 or 4 GB of RAM LPDDR3-1866. It is possible to install the eMMC flash module and microSD card.

In size, the novelty is comparable to the usual bank card - 85 ? 56 millimeters. The HDMI 2 interface is provided. 0a, 3.5 mm AV socket, two USB 2 ports.

0 and one USB port 3. There is a network controller Gigabit Ethernet with the appropriate jack for cable connection.

Among the supported interfaces it is worth mentioning GPIO, I2C, UART, SPI, I2S, S / PDIF. It's a question of compatibility with various software platforms, including Android 7. 1, Debian, Yocto Linux and others.

Sales of the single-board computer ROCK64 will begin on July 1. Information about the price at the moment, unfortunately, no.
