The former director of Miranda LLC, which developed software for the electronic declaration system, chose a preventive measure in the form of a pledge of UAH 934.4 thousand and a personal obligation, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.

The GPU was reminded that the former director of the company, having received funds from international organizations for the development of the register of temporarily displaced persons and the electronic declaration system for the NAPK, contrary to the contracts, through a subcontract organization with signs of fictitiousness, transferred the funds received to the accounts of a legal entity that is not a resident of Ukraine.

It is noted that when transferring these funds, the state budget of Ukraine did not receive mandatory payments and fees for a total of almost 1 million UAH.

Ex-director's actions are qualified by h. 1 st. 366 (Office fraud), h 1. Art.. 212 (evasion from payment of taxes, fees, (mandatory payments) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
