Google introduced a new tool for visualizing information through GIF-images. The utility was called Data GIF Maker and is aimed primarily at journalists and marketers. Representatives of Google understand that for representatives of these professions, competent visualization of data is necessary for the implementation of professional activities. For the first GIF-images - a great way to "revitalize" the story being told, for the second - an effective tool for promoting goods or services.

Functions of the service so far not so much. The developers intend to expand the tool's capabilities in the near future, but while Data GIF Maker "knows how" to compare the pair indicators: how often the analyzed data are mentioned in search queries, which of the two products is sold better and. In the future, Google plans to add the ability to include more raw data and create more detailed images.

Using Data GIF Maker is very simple: the user must enter the data in question, give names to the compared elements, select the colors of the variables, add text and download the finished GIF image.

Unfortunately, while the program does not provide the function of inputting information on how the presented data changed over time. However, this possibility is likely to be added in future versions of the tool.

Try an earlier version of Data GIF Manager.
