If you have ever heard of the persecution of dissidents in the Soviet Union, you should also be aware of a term such as "denunciation". That was a very questionable method to make the country better by continuously monitoring the actions of neighbors with subsequent transmission of information about them to the competent authorities. Surprisingly, the same sometimes even deals with Google.

During the trial of the case of espionage against workers, initiated by a former employee of the company named Brian Katz, was disclosed the corporate policy of Google on the prevention of leaks. As evidence, the court presented a letter intended solely for corporate use.

"We worked hard to create an environment within which everyone could share information openly," it follows from the letter. - Our corporate culture is based on trust. At the same time, we carry a huge amount of confidential information, which we pledge to keep strictly within the company ".

Otherwise, the party of the claimant declares, in the company there will be more responsible employees who can prevent leak of the corporate information and it is quite good on it to earn.

The company has a well-developed system of incentives for workers who are in time not only to fulfill their duties, but also to monitor unfair colleagues.

It is important to note that the duty of employees "not to take dirty linen out of huts" concerns not only the ban on photographing the prototypes of future devices under development, but also the interpersonal troubles that arise between colleagues or management and subordinates. Official representatives of Google did not support the claim and noted that they do not forbid their employees to criticize the company.
