According to manufacturers, the initial output of devices is about 500,000 per month, by July the volumes will grow to 600,000. It is reported that this year, Apple plans to release 5-6 million iPad Pro.

Presentation of 10.5-inch iPad, 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2 and more affordable iPad was expected in April this year. But Apple released only a new iPad (2017), two other tablets are still waiting for their hour. According to preliminary data, the announcement of the frameless iPad will take place in June at WWDC 2017.

The flagship device in the iPad Pro series of this year is considered to be the 10.5-inch model, which should receive a screen without frames and a dual camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels. Thanks to the frameless design, the tablet will be comparable in size to the current 9.7-inch iPad Pro. In this case, the thickness of the device will increase from 6.1 to 7.5 mm, like the first iPad Air.

As for the 9.7-inch iPad presented at the beginning of the year, it is expected that its deliveries will start growing at the end of the current quarter and will peak in the third quarter. In June and July, according to industry representatives, more than 4 million devices will be shipped.

As mentioned above, Apple this year can update the model of the iPad Pro with a screen size of 12.9 inches, but the release schedule for this device is still unknown.
