Bell Canada, the largest telecommunications company in Canada, reported a data leak of 1.9 million customers. Currently, the company is working with Canadian law enforcement agencies to identify those responsible for the leakage of email addresses and phone numbers.

According to the company, unidentified attackers obtained unauthorized access to 1.9 million active electronic addresses and 1,7 thousand. Names and active phone numbers. Passwords and credit card details were not stolen. The leak is not related to the recent wave of attacks using the extortion software WannaCry.
