The administration of the messenger also stressed that all the data transmitted in secret and cloud chats are encrypted, and the keys necessary for access to them are divided into parts and physically stored in several data centers.
"All data centers are in different jurisdictions, and in order to force Telegram to issue any data, an unrealistic level of cooperation between several states will be required," Telegram.
