The administration of the messenger Telegram promised not to give out information to any country in the world. The representative of the service said this in a conversation with Rambler News Service.

"No other government or special service in the world has received a bit of information from us. It will always be this way, "noted Telegram. The administration of the messenger also stressed that all the data transmitted in secret and cloud chats are encrypted, and the keys necessary for access to them are divided into parts and physically stored in several data centers.

"All data centers are in different jurisdictions, and in order to force Telegram to issue any data, an unrealistic level of cooperation between several states will be required," Telegram.
