Social network "VKontakte" for the first time in 10 years has updated the music section. The update affected both the web version of the network and the application for mobile devices.

In particular, a paid subscription appeared in the section, which means that users will be able to listen to music without ads between the tracks, and also use a separate Boom application. Allows you to download offline tracks. From the VKontakte application for Android, the song caching feature was removed (it was removed from the iOS version in September 2016).

In addition, there are playlists in the music section. Users and communities will be able to compose their lists and share them with each other, and also add to their pages other people's collections.
