Acer at a big press event in New York today introduced a series of laptops Switch. The Swift 1 and Swift 3 models expand the series of ultra-thin notebooks.

They are offered in diagonals of 13.14 and 15 inches with a resolution of Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) and color aluminum cases, fingerprint scanners to identify Windows Hello. Autonomous work can be up to 10 hours.

The thickness of the Switch 3 with a diagonal of 14 or 15.6 inches is 17.95 mm and a weight of 1.8 kg.

It is equipped with Intel Core 7-th generation processors, optionally GeForce graphics, up to 8 GB of RAM, 512 GB on a solid-state drive or 1 TB on a hybrid hard drive. Special edition Swift 3 with a cover of glass Vibrant Corning Gorilla Glass can be decorated with scratch-resistant images.

The thickness of the 13.3-inch Switch 1 is 14.95 mm and the weight is 1.3 kg. It is based on Intel Pentium or Celeron processors, 4 GB of RAM and a storage capacity of 64, 128 or 256 GB.

The price for Acer Switch 1 starts from 449 euros, and on Acer Switch 3 - from 699 euros.
