Resource Economic Times said that the government will force the leaders of WhatsApp groups to be responsible for inaccurate or untrue news in the dialogue, if the administrator complains to the police. The innovation, according to the authorities, should stop the spread of fake information.

Administrators are also obliged to remove from groups of users that are caught on the mailing of false news. Recently, the spread of fake news has affected the elections in the US and France. Probably, these facts are connected with the decision of the Government of India.
