Search giant Google has presented a doodle dedicated to the International Mother Earth Day, which is celebrated on April 22.

Doodle tells the story of a fox, who dreams about the Earth, suffering from pollution and the effects of climate change. Scared by the events of a dream, the fox begins to change his way of life in order to take care of the Earth. She and her several friends decide to eat less meat, use one machine at all and turn off the device outlets, which are not currently used.

Earth Day is celebrated twice a year: in March (near the spring equinox) and on April 22. The actions that take place during the Earth Day are aimed at encouraging people to be more attentive to the environment on the planet.

The first action took place in 1970 in the USA, its success prompted the organizers to make the celebration regular.

Earlier Google presented a doodle to the 245th anniversary of the birth of the great Austrian composer Ludwig van Beethoven.
