Hot sandwiches is a simple and quick way to prepare a hearty dish that the whole family will like. Thanks to the melted cheese and appetizing crust, they are especially tender and fragrant. This recipe combines classic ingredients, but with small nuances that make the taste even more saturated.

The main secret of these sandwiches is the right choice of cheese. It is best to use melted hard varieties or sausage cheese cheese. They melt well, creating a homogeneous and viscous texture of the filling. The cheeses need to be grated so that they mix evenly with the rest of the ingredients.

Sausage should be cut into small cubes, and the greens should be chopped finely. Green onions are perfect as greens, but you can add dill or parsley to taste. Sausage, cheese and herbs are mixed, then eggs, mayonnaise and spices are added to them. The mass should turn out to be thick and fragrant.

The loaf is cut into thin slices and slightly lubricated with ketchup so that it gives an additional taste. After that, the prepared filling is laid out on each piece with a layer of about 1 cm. To make the sandwiches especially ruddy, they are fried in a preheated pan with a small amount of butter down down.



You need to fry over medium heat until a golden crust appears, then turn over and slightly brown the second side. If you want a more crispy texture, you can increase the frying time, but it is important to make sure that it does not get burnt.

Such sandwiches can be served as an independent dish or supplemented with fresh vegetables. They are good both hot and slightly cooled, preserving the delicious taste and aroma.
