The reason for this is not only a sedentary lifestyle, but also a lack of time for proper nutrition, rest and physical activity.
One of the main problems is an unbalanced diet. Women busy at work often do not have time to cook useful food and are forced to snack with something fast and not always healthy. Fast food, baking and semi -finished products become the usual part of the diet, and the lack of time does not allow me to think about food and monitor the calorie content of dishes.
Another important factor is a lack of sleep. Constant workload leads to the fact that a good rest becomes a luxury.
