The Supervisory Board of Medical Procurement of Ukraine (MZU) officially started work: he held the first meeting and elected the chairman of this collegial body and formed committees.
The relevant decisions were adopted during the first meeting of the Supervisory Board on February 3, during which the MZU concluded civil law agreements with each member of the supervisory board:.
Based on the results of the vote at the meeting, it was decided to elect Ilze Vingkele by the chairman of the supervisory board of MZU. In addition, during the meeting, the Supervisory Board formed committees: the Audit Committee and the Committee on appointments and remuneration, and also approved the composition of the members included in these committees.
In particular, the audit committee included Dina Nemirovich (Chairman of the Committee) and Ilze Vincel and Yuri Dzhigir; The Committee on appointments and remuneration included Yannah Kharyunpiya (Chairman of the Committee) and Ilze Vincle and Eden Adamanov.
" The presence of an independent supervisory board increases the trust of investors, partners and the public, which is important for attracting investments and strengthening our reputation. From now on, the supervisory council will actively participate in our strategic development issues in order to provide patients with MZU Oleg Kleutz. What is an observation council? This is a collegial body that carries out the functions of controlling control over the activities of the enterprise, in particular, the Supervisory Board makes decisions on strategic development and approval of strategic documents, monitoring the effectiveness of the leadership for the implementation of strategy and financial indicators, as well as the proper functioning of the internal control system.
The Supervisory Board in its activities is guided by the leading principles of the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on corporate management at state -owned enterprises.
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Mozm) announced the start of the process of forming the Supervisory Board of the MZU - approved the Regulation and the composition of the commission (Nomination Committee) for the open selection of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the MZU.
In December 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine formed the composition of the Supervisory Board of the MZU, which included three independent members and two representatives of the state.
