If you want to treat yourself to a tasty and healthy dish, casserole with chicken fillet and vegetables is a great option.. For this dish you will need the following ingredients:.

400 g frozen cauliflower.

400 g frozen green beans.

300 g chicken fillet (boiled).

1 onion.

1 carrot.

200 g milk.

3 eggs.

150 g Adyghe cheese.

2 hours. vegetable oil.

small bunch of dill.

Preparing the casserole is quite simple. Let's start with chicken fillet: boil it in salted water until cooked. It will take about 30 minutes. After this, carefully separate the pulp from the bones.. Cook the cauliflower and beans in the remaining broth for about 7 minutes..
