Overnight Oatmeal with Chocolate and Roasted Peanuts Overnight Oatmeal with Chia Seeds, Chocolate, Roasted Peanuts and Salt.

Ingredients:.

80 g oatmeal.

1 st. chia seeds or ground flaxseeds.

1 st. peanut butter.

360 ml vegetable milk.

Pair of dates.

Some roasted peanuts (to taste).

A pinch of salt.

Melted vegan chocolate Ingredients optional:.

banana puree.

Cocoa.



Cinnamon.

Berries Recipe:.

Mix oatmeal with chia seeds, peanut butter and vegetable milk. Add any additional ingredients - banana puree, cinnamon, berries, cocoa or something else of your choice.

Place a couple of dates and roasted peanuts on top of the oatmeal mixture, sprinkle with a little salt and drizzle with a thin layer of melted chocolate..

Leave for 2 hours or overnight. Ready!
