Now is a very difficult time for all of us, but I still decided to write some tips that will help bring the body into a more stable state..

As for food:.

if stores are available, buy something that does not spoil quickly (tuna in its own juice / olive oil and other fish that will be available. Important - be sure to read the labels, here not even in order not to eat something, but in order to switch the focus of attention from the news, slow down and calm the mind);

pickled vegetables (cucumbers / tomatoes, sauerkraut), raw quickly deteriorate (and fiber is very necessary during times of stress - as there is a risk of constipation);

if there is a place to store (freezer), you can also frozen vegetables, berries, fruits (defrost - just get it out of the refrigerator, and then use;

nuts and seeds (be sure to find them, preferably without salt / sugar, the most common ones) - they will support the work of hormones, give satiety for a long time, turn on the normal functioning of the nervous system;

chewing gum - helps a lot to calm down. Chew when under intense stress;



if nothing climbs - at least honey, water, cookies, sweets (what gives glucose to the body for energy).

Stress greatly exhausts the work of all organs, and you remember that glucose is the simplest and fastest fuel for the body.. It can also be in liquid form (juices, smoothies, cola (but a lot of phosphorus, don’t waste it, especially if there is a problem with calcium), this is if it’s really hard to eat something, but I would still advise chewing.
