Only those citizens of the Czech Republic who traveled outside the country for no more than 12 hours can do without testing.. The exception also applies to border workers and students who cross the border on a daily basis, Radio Prague reports..

It is also not necessary to undergo testing in the case of a longer stay abroad of family members living and working on opposite sides of the border and due to the coronavirus epidemic deprived of the opportunity to see their household members for a long time.

In the case of states marked on the " Currently, this category of countries includes Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Greece and Cyprus.

Residents of Singapore, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Thailand and Australia can enter the Czech Republic from a country outside of Europe without mandatory testing or quarantine.
