According to him, the city authorities are not going to stop the work of educational institutions and entrepreneurs.. Public transport will continue to operate on special flights. At a meeting of the operational headquarters of the City Council, Nadal clarified that public transport will carry housing workers and those who work at infrastructure facilities.

" We will not be able to keep hospitals, we will not be able to pay bonuses to doctors, nor buy masks or medicines..

We will not be able to finance the needs of the police, nor the military enlistment office, nor any other government agencies that we will finance additionally, "

He also called on police officers not to draw up protocols on entrepreneurs and recalled that in a recent decision on the quarantine case, the Constitutional Court emphasized that the Cabinet of Ministers does not have the authority to restrict the rights of citizens.
