In Ukraine, as of the morning of June 2, according to the results of studies of the virological reference laboratory of the Center for Public Health of Ukraine and regional laboratory centers, 24,340 cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded.

According to the cost center data, infection cases were confirmed in the following regions: Vinnytsia region - 1029 cases; Volyn region - 942 cases; Dnipropetrovsk region - 943 cases; Donetsk region - 164 cases; Zhytomyr region - 776 cases; Transcarpathian region - 1216 cases; Zaporizhzhya region - 450 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region - 1442 cases; Kirovograd region - 516 cases; Kiev - 3071 cases; Kiev region - 1623 cases; Lviv region - 1734 cases; Lugansk region - 47 cases; Nikolaev region - 294 cases; Odessa region - 896 cases; Poltava region - 271 cases; Rivne region - 1823 cases; Sumy region - 173 cases; Ternopil region - 1180 cases; Kharkiv region - 1105 cases; Kherson region - 178 cases; Khmelnitsky region - 458 cases;

Chernivtsi region - 3410 cases; Cherkasy region - 411 cases; Chernihiv region - 188 cases.

As a result of complications caused by the disease, 727 people died.

In total, 10078 people have already recovered - a repeated laboratory study did not reveal the virus in the body.
