Scientists explain how a person’s income and bad habits are related

Did you think that the financial situation and the presence of bad habits are somehow related? It turned out that yes!.

British researchers from the organization Social Metrics Commission found that each of the social classes has its harmful "passions". So, it turned out that 66% of middle-income British and 58% of low-income British over the past year drank more than the norm. Also, among the middle class, 22% of people use drugs, and among the poor, only 13%.

And although it turned out that low-income people drink less and use drugs, they “succeed” in other areas.. Low-income people smoke more, are more likely to have physical or mental health problems, and more often get disabled.
