How to wake up in the morning?

We used to jump on the alarm clock or switch the alarm every five minutes to get a little more sleep. But there are morning habits during awakening that affect our health.

You can not jump out of bed. You heard the alarm and immediately ran to brush your teeth. Sharp rises promise problems with the heart and other organs. It seems to you that you are awake, but your body needs time to "move away" from a dream.

Heard an alarm clock? Quietly turn it off, stretch, look around.

Then, when you lay down for two minutes and have already more or less recovered, you can calmly get up. Do not do this abruptly. They sat down on the bed, drank a glass of water brought in the evening (so you run all the mechanisms in your body, make you wake up completely), then calmly got up and went to the toilet and shower.
