Scientists from the University of Michigan came to the conclusion that the systematic use of chicken eggs can protect a person from a stroke.

Experts organized an experiment in which respondents used chicken eggs at least once a day. By the end of the study, scientists found that the risk of stroke in these people decreased by twelve percent.

The authors explain this phenomenon by the fact that they contain a large number of antioxidants. This substance has an effect on the intensity of oxidation, this process occurs regularly in the human body.

If there is a decrease in the intensity of oxidation, the oxygen pressure in the cells also decreases, and this, in turn, helps to stop the inflammatory processes in the respondent's body. All these processes reduce the risk of stroke in humans.
