Scientists at Oxford University found that eating vegetarian food helps reduce the mass of the brain. Such an effect on the human brain, according to experts, can be fatal.

The human body needs a different food, which contains vitamin B12, for example, meat, fish and milk, researchers concluded.

Otherwise, a lack of vitamin can negatively affect not only the brain, but also the work of the entire human body.

According to a poll conducted by the All-Russia Public Opinion Research Center in 2015, 61% of the Russian population tries to follow a healthy lifestyle. According to the media, the majority of vegetarians in India are about 80% of the population, in Europe - no more than 10%. In Russia, however, vegetarianism is not so common - just 0.7%.
