The British Charlie Rowley, who was hospitalized at the end of June after being poisoned by the "Novice", regained consciousness, the Salisbury Hospital.
45-year-old Rowley is still in critical condition, doctors said.
A man who fell under the influence of a nerve agent "Newcomer" came to consciousness after "a small but significant improvement," said in the hospital.
Recall, 44-year-old girlfriend Rowley Don Sturges, who was also hospitalized after poisoning Novicom on June 30, died in the hospital on July 8.
The British government, accusing Russia of attempting to assassinate the former British spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia with the help of Novic, laid the blame for Sturges's death on Russia. In London, it is assumed that Sturges and Rowley were exposed to the remnants of the poison used to attempt.
