Dinze specified that B. Baluch does not eat, but only drinks water.

Also, the lawyer added that the activist was transferred to a new cell. According to B. Balukh, "the cell is normal, there are no problems with other prisoners".

"Supreme Court" of Crimea on March 14 reduced the term of imprisonment to 3 years and 5 months with his serving in a colony settlement.

On the same day, the verdict came into force and B. Balukh started a hunger strike. On May 15, he began to take food to avoid forced feeding.

On May 19, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova reported that, according to her Russian counterpart Tatyana Moskalkova, V. Baluch is fed according to a special scheme. However, on June 22 B. Balukh decided to go on a dry hunger strike. Denisova urgently needs to provide her access to B. Baluch.

On June 25, consideration of the petition for parole of the Ukrainian activist Vladimir Balukh, starving in the Crimean SIZO in the so-called "cartridges case", was postponed until July 5.
