In addition, puffiness can be a consequence of malnutrition, alcohol consumption, too much salt and spices in food, "says the doctor..

The expert recommends drinking water evenly throughout the day, without waiting for a thirst. And the first glass of water should be drunk immediately after getting up from the bed, before breakfast. This will help to start the peristalsis of the intestine, and if you add a couple of lemon slices to warm water, then you should also clear the liver of accumulated harmful products of vital activity.
