A new study of scientists from the University of Sydney showed that eggs do not affect the increase in "bad" cholesterol, so they can be written down in the diet of people with diabetes.

It turned out that people with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes can eat two eggs a day a day or up to 12 eggs a week.

Thus scientists assure, that addition in a diet of diabetics of chicken eggs will not affect in any way a condition of their health.

Egg is a useful product and it should not be excluded from the diet, especially since it will not bring any negative changes for diabetics.

Scientists observed 128 diabetics who ate eggs in different volumes. The participants of the study constantly observed and determined the level of cholesterol.

It turned out that there were no significant changes in the groups that used chicken eggs in terms of increasing cholesterol levels.
