Scientists in the field of genetics and biology have said that eating fast food can prevent women from becoming pregnant. This conclusion was made by specialists from the University of Adelaide.

According to available data, harmful food reduces the fertility of the organism and to some extent sterilizes it.

Statistics say that the long-term use of fast food increases the risk of infertility to 16%. Scientists are sure that the ability to get pregnant directly depends on the nutrition of the expectant mother. If the family plans a child, it is better to exclude from the diet harmful food.

At the same time, it is worth using more pure water, fresh vegetables, fish and fruits. Such a diet must be observed a year before the alleged conception. Then the body will have time to prepare for this event.
