Peter and Elina Kuznetsov are professional chocolates, so they know about the cocoa bean delicacy all. Together with them we set fire to several tiles. Two - Ukrainian manufacturer and two imported - Spanish and Polish. Domestic chocolate immediately began to burn with a good flame, even with a smoke.

For the purity of the experiment, Elina and Peter prepared natural chocolate with their own hands, and also set it on fire. They mixed the melted cocoa butter with cocoa powder. The resulting mass was cooled and shaped.

"This kind of chocolate should also catch fire. Why this product burns is easy to explain with the example of a conventional candle. The candle itself is fat. The fuse is burning, fueled by fat. Similarly, with chocolate: cocoa butter is a candle, and cocoa powder is our nib. Here it burns, "- says Elina.
