Year after year the health of children in many countries of the world is deteriorating. Sometimes parents believe that the products that are present on the family table do not pose a threat to the health of the child. However, they can cause obesity, allergies, diabetes and other diseases.

1 CANNED FOOD. This applies to meat, fish and other canned food not intended for children: steers in tomato, stew, pate. Canned food is a "dead" product. Before being in the bank, the products were pretreated, resulting in a significant loss of useful substances. In addition, canned food contains many preservatives that are designed to increase the shelf life of the product, as well as dyes and salt. Canned food in the baby's diet can provoke a liver, stomach or kidney disease.

2 READY SAUCES. In order to extend the shelf life of these products, manufacturers add to them a lot of preservatives and stabilizers. Therefore, sauces such as ketchup, mayonnaise, soy sauce and other sauces with flavor enhancers are not desirable in the diet of pre-school children. Alternatives can be sauces and gravies cooked at home.

3 CRAFTS AND DELICATESS FISH. Delicatessen fish (red or white) and caviar contain many useful substances and microelements. However, excess fat and salt in them are able to bring the baby's body more harm than good. In order to extend the shelf life of these products, they are usually added with urotropine. After the decomposition of this substance, formaldehyde is formed, which, accumulating, affects the liver, nervous system, kidneys and eyes. In addition, caviar can cause allergies.

4 MUSHROOMS. Children under 7 years of age are not allowed to eat forest mushrooms, even if they are collected by parents with their own hands. Together with nutrients, fungi absorb heavy metals, radionuclides, pesticides and other harmful substances from the soil. The concentration of these substances may not be too high and do not cause poisoning. But with regular consumption of food this product is capable of provoking serious consequences for the health of the child.

5 SWEET GASED DRINKS contribute to the formation of incorrect eating habits in children.

Sweet water contains a lot of sugar (about 18 spoonfuls per glass of drink), because such a drink is a dessert that can not be consumed to quench thirst. Sweet carbonated drinks affect the operation of the pancreas, the endocrine system and irritate the child's gastrointestinal tract. Carbon dioxide contained in carbonated beverages can cause belching and swelling. It is for these reasons that doctors do not advise children to drink "pop".
