Pharmacies are full of medicines for high blood pressure, but doctors have found that dietary supplements, diet and the right way of life help cope with the disease no worse than pills!.

Scientists from the University of Rochester published in the September issue of the journal on hypertension Journal of Clinical Hypertension recommendations on how to achieve a steady reduction in pressure without drugs.
