But, not finding a direct link between the influence of fish oil on the process of losing weight, the specialists, however, noticed another connection between the use of fast food, fatty fish and the process of neurogenesis.
It is known that fast food contributes to the disruption of the process of neurogenesis, as a result of which new nerve cells are generated. More than 10 years of research have shown that diets that include fatty fish stimulate neuronal growth and have a positive effect on brain areas responsible for memory, training, feeding and, thus, neutralize the harmful effects of saturated fats on the brain.
