It often happens that when starting a diet, we are full of determination and give up everything that kilograms can add to us, but after a while, we gradually begin to move away from a strict diet and allow ourselves a piece of cake, a cutlet. We really want to eat, and we are bored with the constant struggle against hunger. But the appetite can be silenced, "cheated" by the body. To this end, there are ways, which will be discussed below.

In the mornings and before meals, you should drink a glass of water. The water will fill the stomach, and he will not need much food. Also, this is also useful, since nutritionists are not advised to drink after eating, because this leads to erosion of gastric juice. But a glass of water or compote before meals will start the digestive process.

Try not to eat the second course, preferring soups. Calories in them are small, but they saturate quite well. Soups can be eaten both vegetable and meat, but meat for soup should be chosen low-fat. Salt soup should be as moderate as possible, and in general, in order not to arouse appetite, try to avoid pepper and salt in your food, because they contribute to the stimulation of appetite.

To reduce appetite, you can eat some fruit. For this, bananas. You can eat a little chocolate. Sweet increases sugar in the blood, and therefore we want to eat less. Remember, as a child, parents forbade us sweet before eating? And this was done later, so that we did not interrupt the appetite, but now we need it.

The bulk of the food we eat per day should be consumed during breakfast and lunch, leaving only 20% of its volume for dinner. It will be very useful at breakfast to eat a certain amount of sprouted wheat, for this will be enough and a tablespoon. The stomach will digest the grains for a very long time, which means that we will not feel hunger. Also able to quickly saturate the body of many types of legumes, peas, beans, lentils and beans - all this is very useful to include in your diet.

When you eat, do not rush, thoroughly chew food.

Leaving the table should be a little hungry. It is not necessary to be saturated completely, the feeling of malnutrition will soon pass. The mechanism that is responsible for satisfying hunger begins to work only 20 minutes after eating.

After a meal it will be useful to take a walk. This should be done after eating, not before it. If you walk before eating, then your appetite will only play out, and activity after eating stimulates the process of burning fat.
