Especially the pain is intense where the operation was performed, so the nerves are still irritated for a long time.

After surgery, the pain can be troubling for a long time. After a few days after surgery, the pain is usually acute. Often, it can be caused by drains located in the operating wound. The pain in such cases is particularly intense, therefore, strong painkillers. After a while, the intensity of pain under the armpit and in the chest area decreases, sometimes there is itching and numbness of the skin, after which the discomfort disappears.

In some cases, pain may indicate the appearance of a lesion in the chest.
