How to cleanse the body with rice porridge?.

It is necessary to take long-grain rice (always such, not round), as many spoons as you are full years. Rice should be washed, placed in a container and poured cold boiled water.

Next, you should close the container and place it in a cool place, allow it to stand for 24 hours, after which the medicinal product will be ready for use.

In the morning, on an empty stomach, 1 hour before breakfast, you should drain the water, take one tablespoon of rice, cook for three minutes, do not salt. After which it should be eaten. The remaining rice is again flooded with water.
