The number of Ukrainians choosing work at home instead of office work is growing rapidly. This is not surprising. Modern technologies for a long time deprived the person of necessity to visit a workplace - all communications henceforth can be carried out by means of messengers and other communication programs.

FACT. In 2016, the freelance market in Ukraine showed rapid growth. According to one of the largest freelance platforms in Ukraine, in 2016 the number of registered freelancers has increased almost threefold - from 60 thousand. up to 165 thousand. human. And this is only the official data of one platform. At the same time, the number of customers (employers) increased slightly - from 40 to 65 thousand.

BENEFIT. Benefit from working at home is not only employees, but also companies. Just think about how much the company can save on renting an office and the current costs of maintaining it. MYTHS. Most Ukrainian employers are still fixated on the need to monitor the work of subordinates in the office. The managers believe that working at home, a person can work poorly, distracted by household chores. This is not entirely true. In addition, if managers are well suited to the work process, setting clear tasks and deadlines, there can be no problems with the work.
