The second type is people with normal metabolism, weight gain is more intense than people with a fast metabolism, but they also manage to get rid of excess kilograms at the same speed. The third type of people - with a slow metabolism, for these people is very easy to gain weight, but it is very difficult to get rid of it. Love with obesity are found among those who have a normal and slow metabolism. In this case, it is necessary to observe the correct diet, for some it will be more sparing, for others stricter. For people with delayed metabolism, it is very important not to slow it down even further, so they are not recommended to resort to starvation. Taking food 5 times a day, but in small portions you can provide the body with the necessary calories and teach him not to put it off. Strange as it may seem, a diet for people with slow metabolism should start with a large amount of food. In the first week, you need to increase the intake of your usual food up to 5 times a day. For the second week there is a partial replacement of foods and a redistribution of caloric intake of food, for example breakfast should be the most high-calorie. Add to your diet vegetables and salad leaves gradually replacing the familiar products. It is also recommended for people in this group to drink large amounts of water.

For people with normal metabolism, it is not necessary to increase the number of meals to 5 times a day, but it is necessary to replace or exclude fatty foods and sweet. Also for this group, you can arrange a fasting day, in which one of the mono-diets will be observed.
